Over more than three decades, Bayo has led teams and organisations through growth, change and complexity — working across housing, organisational change, business development and, for the last several years, executive coaching.
That experience shapes how he works today. He has sat where his clients sit. He knows the weight of decisions that affect livelihoods, the loneliness of the top of an organisation, and the pull between operating in the business and leading it.
What he brings to a coaching relationship is not a method. It is a way of thinking. A quiet, curious ability to notice patterns — in the leader, in the team, in the organisation — and to help name what is actually going on beneath the surface.
